The 501(c)(3)organization that used to be named the Borrego Springs Film Festival has now changed into the Borrego Springs Film Institute!
The Borrego Springs Film Institute will now be the official orginization that offers the world renowned Borrego Springs Film Festival every January. The successful tradition of the BSFF festival carries on!
Additionally, our newly minted Borrego Springs Film Institute organization will be look beyond the annual event to expand our impact. The BSFI will be a platform showcasing films and a catalyst for enriching lives through various educational and cultural initiatives.
We will continue working with the library bringing screenings and programs for the entire community to enjoy. But there's more! We are now working with the Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center on ways to screen films year-round, bringing films back to the local theater for that true cinematic experience.
By supporting the Borrego Springs Film Institute, you will be helping us to strengthen community engagement, advance arts and culture here in Borrego Springs, and foster regional development.
